1. What are the delivery times?
Orders are carefully prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times then vary depending on your location:
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 working days
- Europe: 4 to 8 working days
- International: depending on the destination
2. What are the delivery costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on weight and destination. Delivery is free in France from [customizable amount] € of purchase.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us promptly by email or phone. We will do our best to make the change or cancellation in time.
4. What are your return deadlines?
You have 14 days after receipt to return an item, in accordance with our return policy. After this period, no returns will be accepted. For more information, see our Return and Refund Policy page.
5. What types of payments do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), as well as PayPal. All transactions are secure.
6. What if I have a problem with my order?
Don't panic, it happens! Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the problem. We'll work together to find a quick and appropriate solution.
7. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! The MimYna gift card is available in digital format and can be personalized. It's the perfect gift if you're unsure! More information on our Gift Card page.
8. Where are you located?
We're based in Paris, at 20-40 Avenue du Général Sarrail, in the 16th arrondissement. MimYna is an online store, but each order is prepared with the same care as a physical store.
9. Are your products eco-responsible?
We do our best to select sustainable, high-quality products and limit unnecessary packaging. Our commitment to the planet is sincere, and we are continually improving it.
